If something doesn't fit as you expected, please contact us. We want the process to be clear and simple.

Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Product condition

For returns due to change of mind or size, the product must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with its original tags, and in suitable condition for resale.

Return costs

When the return is due to a size change, change of mind, or incorrect customer choice, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, KIRKUZ will cover the reasonable costs of return or replacement. Contact us at INFO@KIRKUZCLOTHING.COM indicating your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue.

Size changes

Size changes are allowed subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer you a return or the corresponding refund.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. The time it takes to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.

3. Tell us the reason for the return or exchange.
4. We will send you instructions on how to return the product.
5. We receive and inspect the product.
