Composition
• 100% combed long-fiber cotton.
• High-density single jersey fabric.
• Available in two fabric options, both 100% premium cotton:
• Soft: lighter, ideal for warm climates or daily wear.
• Hard: thicker and more structured, perfect for a firm, solid look.
Weight
• Up to 350 g/m², depending on the fabric type.
• Heavyweight premium fabric with excellent body and durability.
Fabric Features
• Combed and pre-shrunk cotton to maintain shape and size after washing.
• Smooth, compact texture with a clean surface finish for maximum definition in DTI and embroidery.
• Breathable, durable, and with an exceptional drape.
Construction
• 1×1 ribbed crew neck with reinforced double stitching.
• Side seams or tubular construction (depending on the model).
• Shoulder reinforcement with inner cotton tape.
• Bottom hem and sleeves with double topstitch for durability.
• Woven label on the lower left hem with Kirkuz brand signature.
Fit
• Oversized fit in both versions (Soft and Hard).
• Relaxed, modern cut designed for comfort and a structured fall.
Finishing
• Enzyme-washed for a softer feel and to prevent shrinkage.
• Industrial-level ironing and precision stitching.
Design Details
• High-definition DTI back print (50 × 40 cm) featured in all collections,
except the Basic line, which remains clean and print-free on the back.
• Additional sleeve details.
• Custom neck label inside.
• Versions with front embroidery or minimalist print (depending on collection).
Exclusive Manufacturing
• Each garment is custom-made exclusively for KIRKUZ, as with our entire clothing range.
• The fabric and embroidery are produced in Thailand, under ethical and controlled manufacturing.
• The DTI printing and final finishing process are completed in Spain, ensuring precision and strict quality control.
• We don’t follow trends — we set the standard.
Care Instructions
• Wash inside out in cold water (max 30 °C / 86 °F).
• Do not bleach or tumble dry.
• Iron inside out, avoiding printed areas.
• Do not rub or twist the DTI design.
• Air dry, preferably in the shade.
